Our Delicious Walnut Smoothie Recipe
1 banana, medium, fresh or frozen
½ cup yogurt, vanilla
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1-2 tablespoons of honey
Place the banana, yogurt and walnuts in blender. Add honey to taste.
Blend on low speed until ingredients start to mix together. Increase speed and blend until completely smooth.
